Crown Estate foreshore managed by Sefton Council. Eyes-only searching is tolerated; metal detecting on the Crown foreshore is allowed without a formal permit but subject to The Crown Estate's terms, and parts of the wider coast fall within the Sefton Coast SSSI where disturbance is restricted. Do not touch or dig around the listed statues, and report Treasure under the 1996 Act.
