Why this spot
1908-1931 Bullfrog district gold camp
Gold camp near the Mayflower mine in the northern Bullfrog Hills that peaked at about 2,500 people in 1908. A 1909 fire, mine litigation and the failure of the Rhyolite bank stalled it, and the post office closed in 1931.View source →
